Alicia L. Work, 29, of Compton passed away May 1, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1-4 p.m. at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota.
Alicia was born October 27, 1989 in Blue Island, outside of Chicago, to Charles Cerveny and Patricia Work.
She was a beautiful daughter, a wonderful sister, a loving mother, a great friend and all around person. She was loved by many and she will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her mother Patricia (Mark) Fleming of Compton; her father Charles Cerveny of Mendota; two sons Mason Miles Michael and Eric Thomas Farley both of Compton; daughter Madison Mae Work-McLain of Mendota; two brothers Jeremie Work (Stephanie Cupples) of Ottawa and Brandon Fleming of Earlville; sister Cheyenne Work (Zach Sibley) of Mendota; nieces Emma Sibley, Bailey Sibley, Alisia Fleming, Jaiden Wheeler; nephew Zach Sibley, Jr. and other nieces and nephews; and her stepmother Stacy Gebhart.
She was preceded by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
