Bernice M. Motto, 91,
of Mendota died Nov. 22,
2014, in Heritage Manor,
Peru.
Mass of Christian burial
will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday
in Holy Cross Church,
Mendota, with the Rev.
Tom Otto officiating. Burial
will be at Holy Cross Cemetery,
Mendota.
Funeral arrangements
were provided by Merritt
Funeral Home, Mendota.
She was born Aug. 4,
1923, in Niagara, Wis., to
Clem and Mary Grabowski.
She married John Motto on
July 23, 1949.
She was a member of
Holy Cross Church.
She volunteered at Mendota
Community Hospital's
gift shop and also with Mendota
Food Pantry. She was
employed by the Toddler
Shop in Mendota for several
years.
She is survived by one
daughter, Julie (Jerry) Buland
of Lexington, Ky.; one
son, Timothy Grabowski
of Slinger, Wis.; and five
grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her husband in
2009 and one brother,
Clem. Memorials may be directed to the donors choice.
