Betty S. Breedlove, 66, of LaMoille died October 23, 2014 in OSF Medical Center, Peoria. Services will be held at 11:00a.m., Tuesday in the Victory Baptist Church, Mendota with her son Rev. Steve Breedlove officiating. Burial will be in Restland Cemetery, Mendota. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8p.m. in the church. The Merritt Funeral Home is handling the funeral arrangements. She was born the first time on March 8, 1948 in Clarksdale, MS and born again in July of 2004. Her parents were Garner Lee and Frances Marie (Douglas) Muse. She is survived by two sons; Rev. Steve (Diane) Breedlove of LaMoille, and Brian (Amanda) Breedlove of Dixon; one daughter, Delores "Dee" (Bob) Hawley of Sandwich. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren; two brothers, Dan (P.J.) Muse and Larry (Cheryl) Muse both of Memphis, TN.;one sister Elaine Smith of MS; the father of the children, Ron Breedlove of LaMoille. She was preceded by her parents and one brother, Bobby. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Mendota. Memorials in memory of her may be directed to the church.
