She loved watching her grandchildren play sports as well. In her early years, She worked at United Airlines in Chicago when it was at Midway Airport. She was married to Darwin Croisant for over 40 years and lived most of her life in Mendota, Illinois helping him farm and raise cattle. She spent many years as a paraprofessional working with special needs children in Rantoul, IL.
She was predeceased by her parents, Perry and Marjorie Husser, her beloved brother, Henry "Gene" Husser, Darwin Croisant, the father of her daughters, grandson Daniel Hurlburt and special friend, Delbert Fetzer.
