Betty L. (Booth) Miller, 69, of Middleton, Wisconsin formerly of Mendota, IL died April 24, 2014, in her home. Arrangements for a private memorial service are being made at Merritt Funeral Home in Mendota and Gunderson Funeral Home in Middleton, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery in Mendota. Betty was born on February 17, 1945 in Berlin, WI. to John and Mary Booth. She attended Holy Cross School and graduated from Mendota High School in 1963. Betty married Douglas T. Miller on May 1, 1971. She worked at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison for over 25 years. She is survived by her four loving sisters: Peggy Truckenbrod and Patti Rigazio of Mendota, Kathy Montavon of Ankeny, IA and Cindy (Joe) Beetz of Mendota; her Godchildren, including best friend Bernie Beetz, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Doug. Memorials may be directed to the: Douglas T.
