Bonnie J. Martin, 78, of Mendota, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Allure of Mendota. She was born March 22, 1948, in Mendota, the daughter of Arthur and Elizabeth (Litts) Kaufman. She was united in marriage to Thomas W. Martin.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Tom, of Mendota; three sons, Todd Martin, Brad (Tera) Martin, and Jason (Lisa) Martin, all of Mendota; grandchildren, Nathan, Brooklynn, Maya, Lauren, Logan, Ella, and Callie Martin and Kaitlynn (Alex) Sutterfield; brother, Gene (Cathy) Kaufman of Ottawa; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by a niece, Denise Kaufman.

Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M. Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Horner-Merritt Funeral Home, 800 Monroe Street, in Mendota.
