Caralee G. Smith, 50 a longtime resident of Open Door Rehabilitation in Sandwich passed away October 18, 2019 at Mendota Lutheran Home.
There will be no services. Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota assisted the family.
Cara was born February 24, 1969 in Peoria to Jay Levord and Suzanne (Bowles) Smith.
She is survived by her brother Neil (Sue) Smith of Mendota and her sister Lori (Dave) Kennel of Espanola, New Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her mother April 3, 2019 and father in 2015.
