Carroll J. Rogers, 79, of Ottawa, passed away peacefully, Saturday August 13, 2022, surrounded by family, at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, Rockford.

She was born December 26, 1942 in Dixon to Estelle Eugene Fenwick and Elsie H. (Stahl) Bragg.

She is survived by her sisters Mary Ellen Rider of Fargo, North Dakota and Lynn Rebuck of Cape Coral, Florida; daughter Robey Robinson of Ottawa; sons Kirby Rogers of Port Tabacco, Maryland and Stephen Rogers and wife Kelli of Everson, Washington. Grandmother of 9 and Great Grandmother of 10.

Per her request services will not be held. She will be laid to rest at Restland Cemetery, Mendota. Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota assisted the family.
