Obituary
Cheryl L. Rubottom, 59 of Sheridan and formerly of Mendota passed away December 4, 2019 at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion, Sandwich.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota with Rev. Larry Sheaves officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
Cheryl was born September 25, 1960 in Mendota to Eugene and Janet (Manning) Thomas.
She is survived by her significant other Dan Rossi of Sheridan; four sons Justin Wonders, Jason Wonders, Lloyd Davis, Jr., and Texas Rubottom; two daughters Leah Rubottom and Megan Rubottom; three brothers Michael Thomas and Robert Thomas both of Mendota and Terry Thomas of Moline; one sister Diane Henry of Cherry and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Levi Davis.
