Connie Jane Scheel, 50, of 399 N. 42nd Road, Mendota, died Oct. 8, 2007, in her residence. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church of Princeton, with the Rev. Beth Galbreath officiating. Burial will be at St. John?s Lutheran Cemetery near Montello, Wis. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. She was born April 2, 1957, in Elmhurst to Henry and Donna (Moeller) Vierow. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Princeton, a teacher and director of various day care centers, most recently at All-A-Board Daycare in Mendota, where she was known as ?Miss Connie.? She is survived by one daughter, Emily Farrell of Mendota; one son, Steven Scheel of Princeton; two grandchildren; her parents of Montello; three sisters, Patty Wallace of Neshkoro, Wis., Debbie Wawrzyniak of Elgin and Kathy Ryan of Schaumburg; and nieces and nephews.
