Obituary
Danielle E. Bernard, 38, of Mendota passed away January 15, 2022.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. Cremation rites will follow and private burial will be at Precinct Cemetery, Earlville in the spring.
Danielle was born February 2, 1983 in Mendota to William and Brenda (Brown) Neighbor.
Danielle was general manager of Little Caesar's Pizza in Peru. She loved nature and being outdoors. She loved her children more than anything. She will be remembered for her sense of humor.
She is survived by her mother Brenda Brown of Mendota; two sons Jay Pelka and Chawn Vasquez, Jr. both of Mendota; daughter Nevaeh Bernard of Mendota; brother Dustin Neighbor of Mendota and her maternal grandmother Joann Brown of Mendota.
She was preceded in death by her father, her maternal grandfather and her paternal grandparents.
