David A. Ganther, 67, of Adams, Wisconsin and formerly of Mendota, passed away April 17, 2023 in Springville, Wisconsin.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. A service will be held at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Jay LeRette officiating.

David was born September 2, 1955 in Morrison to James and Maggie (Eagan) Ganther. He was married to Joyce Rapp from November 1978 to June 1995.

David was a 1974 graduate of Mendota High School. He liked working carpentry as a profession. He enjoyed fishing, watching motorsports racing and NASCAR was his favorite, building model cars and aircraft, muscle cars, collecting vinyl records and comic books, playing cards, darts and bowling.

He is survived by his father James Ganther; his daughter Marie Baker; two sons Michael Ganther and Jerry Ganther; his sister Debra Ganther; two brothers Ken Ganther and Tim Eagan and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
