Diane L. Carnahan, 73, of Mendota, died April 20, 2017 in Mendota Lutheran Home.

Cremation rites were accorded. There will be no funeral services. Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota handled arrangements.

Diane was born September 12, 1943 in Sacramento, CA. She married Chester Carnahan April 11, 1965 in Sycamore.

She attended business college.

She is survived by her husband of Mendota; her son Chad Carnahan of Mendota; brother Sam Rhea of Paw Paw; sister Rita Black of Oak Ridge; grandchildren Cody of Mendota, Nicole and Tyler of Florida and her great grandson Carter of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her mother Helen Gillespie, her adoptive father George Rhea, and her son Scott in 1999.
