Earl A. Stuepfert, 65, of LaMoille, passed away August 6, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota with Rev. Michael Slutz officiating. Burial will be at Hill Cemetery, rural LaMoille. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. in the funeral home.

Earl was born March 2, 1957 in Princeton to Ardell and Naomi (Robbins) Stuepfert. He married Tammy Sterchi on February 26, 1983 at Zion Lutheran Church of Clarion.

Earl was a 1975 graduate of LaMoille High School. He was a lifelong farmer and cattleman. He was a Local 150 operator before retiring. He served on the LaMoille School Board and the Arlington Fire Department. He was known as the "farmall whisperer" and could take a tractor brought to him in 5 gallon buckets and make it run smooth enough to count the fan blades. He was also an avid sportsman.

He is survived by his wife Tammy Stuepfert of LaMoille; three sons Sam (Tegan Hansen) Stuepfert of Malden, William (Ashley) Stuepfert of Granville and George (Alana Cherry) Stuepfert of LaMoille; two sisters Sharon (Paul) Sarff of LaMoille and Wanda (Steve) DeLong of LaMoille; his brother Edward (Sarah) Stuepfert of LaMoille; he loved being a great "Pops" to his two grandchildren Maddie and Henry and was the best "Pops" around; several nieces and nephews; four Grand Hounds and his Beagle Hank.

He was preceded in death by his mother in 2014 and his father in 2017.
