Obituary
Edward A. Capello, 82, of LaMoille, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022 in his home.
There will be no services. Private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Arlington, Illinois.
Edward was born May 26, 1940 in Oglesby to Charles and Mildred (Baker) Capello. He married Kathleen Meyer on March 18, 1961 in Mendota.
Edward was a graduate of LaSalle-Peru High School and attended mechanics school. He worked as a certified Porsche mechanic at several dealerships over the years. Ed was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his two sons Scott Capello of LaMoille and John (Claudia) Capello of Minnesota; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife in 2010 and a sister Valerie Boyle.
