Faith M. Cudaback, 82, of Triumph, IL. died November 24, 2015 in Heritage Health, Mendota. Graveside services will be at 10:00a.m., Saturday in Wisner Cemetery, Ophir Twp., IL. with Rev. Sandy Smith officiating. There will be no visitation. The Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota is handling the arrangements.
She was born November 23, 1933 in Triumph to William and Imogene (Bushey) Cudaback. She was a member of the Triumph Methodist Church. She is survived by her caregiver Mary Horn Michel of Princeton and one nephew. She was preceded by her parents and one sister, Betty. Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
