Obituary
Florine B. Fischer, 94 of LaMoille , passed away December 20, 2019 at Manor Court, Peru.
Private graveside services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Restland Cemetery, Mendota with her son Rev. David Fischer officiating. Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota is handling arrangements.
Florine was born September 8, 1925 in Mendota to Mahlon and MaBelle (Zorn) Worsley. She married Ralph Fischer November 6, 1953 in Mendota.
Florine was a member of Community United Methodist Church, LaMoille. She worked at the Sport Shop in Mendota and later sold turquoise jewelry at craft shows in Illinois. She also farmed with with her husband.
She is survived by three sons Donald (Susy) Fischer of Indianapolis, IN., Rev. David (Cathy) Fischer of Salt Lake City, UT. and Jim (Paula) Fischer of LaMoille; 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2011, three brothers and one sister.
Memorials may be directed to the Sublette Ambulance Department.
