Obituary
Gloria M. Stoup, 81, of Mendota died December 24 in her home. There will be no services. Cremation rites were accorded.
Gloria was born November 27, 1934 in Boston, MA. to Joseph and Veronica (Dube) Diaz. She married George Joseph Gould in 1953 he died in 1971. She then married Harry Stoup in 1984 he died in 2005.
She was an avid golfer, great knitter and all around artistic talent.
She is survived by her two sons George (Chris) Gould of Shabbona and David (Amelia) Gould of DeKalb; two daughters Linda Purdy-Hornback of Mendota and Cara Montana of New York City, NY.; brother Martin Diaz of San Francisco; two sisters Barbara and Joann; 11 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents, her husband in 1971 and son Kevin Gould.
