Obituary
Helen M. Lemmer ,61, of Mendota died April 13, 2018 in OSF St. Paul Medical Center, Mendota.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Merrittt Funeral Home, Mendota with Rev. Kent Svendsen officiating. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Helen was born February 21, 1957 to Cecil and Marjorie (Goubeaux) Hedgspeth. She married Daniel Lemmer on July 2, 1977 in Holy Cross Church, Mendota.
She was a 1975 graduate of Mendota High School. She was employed by Gromann Service Co., Mendota and then by Beck Oil Co. in Princeton.
She is survived by her husband Daniel of Mendota; one daughter, Kari (Nick) Pohar of Grayslake; two grandchildren, Nolan and Kaiya; two sisters, Sally Hedgspeth of Mendota and Robin Hedgspeth of Peru; one brother, William (Kathy) Hedgspeth of Port Byron.
She was preceded by her parents.
