June V. Miller, 96, of Mendota died Nov. 26, 2010, in Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Mendota. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota, with the Rev. Michael Morrell officiating. Burial will be at Wisner Cemetery in Ophir Township. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Wednesday in the funeral home. She was born June 14, 1914, in Ophir Township to John and Cora (Reinemann) Vandre. She married Leslie Miller on March 10, 1936, in Mendota. Prior to moving to Mendota, she was a member of Triumph Methodist Church and then a member of First United Methodist Church, Mendota. She is survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law, Betty Lou Miller of Mendota. She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons, Doug and Gordon Miller. Memorials may be directed to Wisner Cemetery or the donor's choice.
