Karon Lee (Devine) Baker, 70, of Mendota, formerly of Winfield, passed away December 15, 2020 at Heritage Health, Mendota due to complications of COPD.
Karon was born December 31, 1949 in Geneva, to John and Dorothy (Pennington) Devine.
Karon cherished her grand children and thoroughly enjoyed watching them open gifts during the holiday season. She had a passion for crafting and loved to gift her creations to those she loved, as well as a love for baking and cooking.
She is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Cleveland) Lentz, sisters Patricia (Devine) Stuart and Christine K. Devine, brother Ted A. Devine, grandsons Nick Gast and Nolan J. Lentz, granddaughter Nicole (Kelm) Lozmack, great granddaughter Charlotte S. Lozmack, two step daughters Erin Baker and Shannon Baker and three step grandchildren Gianni, Draco and Fianna Figueroa.
She was preceded in death by her husband Patrick J. Baker, her father John Devine, her mother Dorothy Burton, her stepfather Leo Burton as well as her brothers John E. Devin and Charles L. Devine.
