Lenore Drummer, 98, of LaMoille died Nov. 7, 2012, in
Mendota Lutheran Home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in First Congregational
Church of LaMoille with the Rev. Chris Johnson officiating.
Burial will be at Greenfield Cemetery, LaMoille.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday in Lundquist-Merritt
Funeral Home, LaMoille.
She was born Oct. 4, 1914, in LaMoille to Frank and Lora
(Grisell) Rambo. She married Eugene Drummer on Sept. 4,
1935, in LaMoille. A graduate of LaMoille High School, she
was employed by Gish Jewelry Store in Mendota for several
years.
Mrs. Drummer was a lifelong member of First
Congregational Church, the woman's social circle of the
church and Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by one son, Neal Drummer of LaMoille;
one adopted son, Ralph Maris of New Bern, N.C.; three
daughters, Suzi (Rex) Gott of LaMoille, Linda (Edward)
Jensen of Princeton and Clarice (Les) Bend of LaMoille;
seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three
great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 7, 1975;
and two sons, Terry and Greg Drummer.
Memorials may be directed to First Congregational Church,
LaMoille.
