Linda Sue Mills, 67, of Mendota died August 6, 2018 in OSF St. Francis Medical Center Peoria after a long battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m., Thursday in the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. Visitation will be one prior to services on Thursday in the funeral home.

Linda was born March 21, 1951 in Mendota to Grant and Darlene (Lynch) Mills.

She attended Mendota High School. She was employed by Westclox in Peru and Del Monte and Caron Yarn in Mendota. She loved to read, long car rides, and listening to music.

She is survived by one brother, Terry Mills of Mendota and several cousins.

She was preceded by her parents, grandparents and the love of her life, Russell.

She will be missed by all who knew her.
