Marguerite Burlingame, 103, of Mendota died Feb. 22, 2012, in Heritage Health, Mendota. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota, with the Rev. Jamie Miller officiating. Burial will be at Restland Cemetery, Mendota. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. She was born Jan. 6, 1909, in LaMoille to Guy and Bessie (Maloy) Etheridge. She married John Jerome Burlingame. She is survived by one son, John Burlingame of Germany; two grandchildren, Crystal Sweger and Melanie Sasso; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and two sisters, Leota Joerger and Berniece Eich, both of Mendota. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1958; two sons, Larry McCray and Guy McCray; one brother and one sister. Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
