Marian M. Kerchner, 79, of Mendota
died Nov. 14, 2013, in Illinois Valley
Community Hospital, Peru.
Memorial Mass will be at 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday in Holy Cross Church, Mendota,
with the Rev. Fredi Gomez-Torres officiating.
Private burial will be at a later date.
Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. Wednesday
in Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota.
She was born July 26, 1934, in Sublette
to Leo and Clara (Weber) Glaser. She married
Kenneth Kerchner on June 25, 1955,
in Sublette.
She was a member of Holy Cross Church.
She assisted her husband with his business,
Ken's Tower and Antenna in Mendota.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen
Richards of La Salle; a granddaughter,
Meghann Richards; two sisters, Carol
(Robert) DeAngelo of Peru and Charlotte
Delhotel of Mendota; and one brother, Gib
Glaser of Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her husband
in 2012.
A memorial will be established.
