Obituary
Marillyn Jeanne O'Neill, 96 of Mendota passed away August 19, 2019 at Heritage Health, Mendota.
Memorial services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota with Rev. Fulgens Rutatekururwa officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
Jeanne was born August 30, 1922 in Oak Park to Arthur and Helen (Farrell) Barlow. She married Charles O'Neill in South Bend, IN. on June 7, 1941.
Jeanne was a member of Holy Cross Church and Federated Women's Club. She played the organ and piano. She enjoyed cooking, playing bridge and growing and arranging flowers. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter Peggy Haas of Franklin, TN.; her son J.J. O'Neill of Beloit, WI.; two granddaughters and three great granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 2006, three sisters and son in law Arlan Haas.
Memorials may be directed to Holy Cross Church.
