Marjorie Ann Angier, 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the 1958 Mendota Sweet Corn Queen, died Aug. 16, 2016, in Mount Pleasant Retirement Village, Monroe, Ohio.
Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Sunday in Community United Methodist Church, LaMoille with the Rev. David Jungnickel officiating. Burial will be at Union Cemetery, LaMoille Township.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services Sunday in the church. Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota provided arrangements.
Marjorie was born April 12, 1942, in Sublette to Clark and Winona (Garland) Angier. Marjorie was a former Sublette resident and a 1960 graduate of Amboy High School.
She was a member of Oak Hills United Methodist Church in Cincinnati for many years. She was a dispatcher for the Cincinnati Police Division answering calls from countless individuals requesting assistance.
She is survived by one son, Yale (Melinda) Skipworth of Lebanon, Ohio; one daughter, Nancy (Chad) Israel of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; four grandchildren, Yale Skipworth II, Benjamin Skipworth, Christopher Skipworth, and Kristen Moore; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Richard Angier of California and Robert Angier of Dixon.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
