Marjorie Richards, 89, of Mendota died March 4, 2009, in Heritage Manor Nursing Home. A private family graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Restland Cemetery, Mendota. Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Saturday in Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. She was born Dec. 9, 1919, in LaMoille to William and Florence (Bauer) Littlewood. She married Clyde Richards on Dec. 7, 1941. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Mendota. She is survived by two daughters, Janet Lester of Mendota and JoAnne (Robert) Seidel of Belle River; one son, Kenneth Richards of Three Rivers, Texas; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Lois Walters of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde, on Feb. 11, 1971; one brother and one sister. Memorials may be directed to the family.
