Allene Worsley, 94, of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Mendota, died Nov. 10, 2008, in Papillion Manor, Omaha. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. Burial will be at Restland Cemetery, Mendota. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. She was born July 19, 1914, in Hannon, Mo., to Lindsay and Frankie (Dever) Wade. She married John Worsley on May 31, 1935, in Missouri. Mrs. Worsley is survived by one daughter, Anita (Billy) Woods of Omaha, Neb.; five grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren; three greatgreat- grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in April 1992; and two sisters. Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
