Obituary
Nancy C. Olsen, 69, of Arlington passed away August 22, 2018 peacefully in her home after a long battle with cancer.
A private funeral service was held at 1:30 p.m., Friday in the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota with Father Gregory Jarzombek officiating. Burial followed at Restland Cemetery, Mendota.
Nancy was born January 2, 1949 in Sandwich to Lester and Dorothy (Gauer) Walseth. She married Harold Olsen, Jr. on December 23, 1978.
Nancy graduated from Sandwich High School in 1967. She worked many years at Sandhaven Nursing Home in Sandwich as head of housekeeping. She was a collector of many things and loved finding bargains on antiques. She loved fishing and camping and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Harold; her son James (Lisa) Walseth; brother Robert Walseth; sister Bonnie Lempke and her grandson Ryan Walseth.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Barbara Meyer.
