Obituary
Norma J. Hinrichs, 81, of Mendota died Sept. 19, 2016, in Mendota Lutheran Home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota with the Rev. Marilyn Nolan officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memory Gardens, Rochelle.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Norma was born Aug. 25, 1935, in Mendota to Henry and Maxine (Bauer) Reif. She married Wayne L. Hinrichs on Feb. 21, 1954, in Reynolds E.U.B. Church, Ashton.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Dixon.
She is survived by one daughter, Janice (Ron) Geuther of LaMoille; three grandchildren, Zachary (Molly Henkel) Geuther, Garrett and Elizabeth Geuther; and one brother, George (Margaret Ann) Reif of Rochelle.
She was preceded in death by her husband on July 4, 2015.
Memorials may be directed to Grace United Methodist Church, Dixon or Mendota Lutheran Home.
