Pam J. Boelk, 58, of
Mendota passed away Oct. 11,
2013, in St. Francis Medical
Center, Peoria, peacefully
surrounded by her family
after a courageous battle with
cancer.
Services were at 11 a.m.
today, Monday, in St. John's
Lutheran Church, Mendota
with the Rev. David Ufkes
officiating. Cremation rites
were accorded following the
funeral.
Visitation was 4-8 p.m.
Sunday at Merritt Funeral
Home, Mendota.
She was born April 22,
1955, in Mendota to Richard
and Joyce (Gehant) Deming.
She married Randy Boelk on
Oct. 20, 1973, in Mendota.
She was a 1973 graduate
of Mendota High School
and was employed at BNB
International in human
resources.
She is survived by her
husband, Randy of Mendota;
three daughters, Jeni (John)
Holland of Mendota, Miranda
(Chad) Holloway of Carol
Stream, and Becki (Matt)
Hanaman of Mendota; six
grandchildren, Lauren and
Alex Holland, Jacob and
Connor Holloway and Ethan
and Nathalie Hanaman; two
brothers, Steve Deming of
Evansville, Wis., and Craig
(Becky) Deming of Mendota;
and two sisters, Sue Deming
of Enid, Okla., and Beth
(Butch) Haines of Mendota.
She was preceded in death
by her parents.
