Peggy Armstrong, 75, of Woodhaven Lakes, Sublette died Aug. 8, 2009 in Amboy Rehabilitation Center. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Sublette. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Sublette. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Thursday in the church. Arrangements are through Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. She was born March 28, 1934, to Charles J. and Delia (Connors) West. She married Bernard Armstrong. Mrs. Armstrong was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband on June 5, 2000. Memorials may be directed to her church.
