Philip F. Schultz, 76, of
Mendota died Nov. 27, 2012,
in his residence.
Private family services
will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday
in Merritt Funeral Home,
Mendota. Cremation rites will
follow.
Visitation is 3-6 p.m.
Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Schultz was born Jan.
14, 1936, in Columbus, Wis.,
to Elmer and Linda (Voss)
Schultz. He married Roxie
McLarning on Nov. 26, 1964,
in Sycamore.
He was an over-the-road
truck driver with Double D
Trucking for more than 40
years before he retired. He
was a member of Mendota
Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his
wife, Roxie of Mendota;
one daughter, Tracy (Tom)
Hocking of La Salle; two
sons, Vince (Denise) Schultz
of Peru and Shane Schultz
of La Salle; seven grandchildren;
two great-grandchildren;
one brother, Jerry
(Barb) Schultz of Sycamore;
and one sister, Kathy (Ed)
Link of Columbus, Wis.
He was preceded in death
by nine brothers and sisters.
