Richard W. Carroll, 74, a former Mendota resident died August 28, 2017 in OSF St. James HealthCare, Pontiac.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday in Restland Cemetery, Mendota with Mr. Wendell Wardell officiating. The Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota is handling the arrangements.
Richard was born June 15, 1943 in Rockford to Richard and Valeria (Sartwell) Carroll.
He was a 1962 graduate of Mendota High School.
He is survived by one son, John.
He was preceded by his parents.
Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
