February 10, 1975 – March 28, 2021
Salvatore (Frank) Cutrano IV, 46, of Mendota passed away March 28, 2021 at his home.
Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. A private family service will follow with Rev. Ken Gibson officiating.
Salvatore was born February 10, 1975 in Mendota.
Survivors include his mother, LuAnne Cutrano of Mendota; one brother, Anthony of Albany, Wis.; one sister, Joy (Andrew) Guardia of Springfield; one niece, Melody Guardia; two nephews, Adrian Cutrano and Ethan Guardia; and his great-aunt, Annette Truckenbrod.
He was preceded in death by his beloved maternal grandparents, Lloyd "Toad" and Audrey Lawrence and one uncle, Jeff Lawrence.
Salvatore was very artistic and loved to do pen and ink drawings. He also enjoyed reading, especially anything about science and was always excited to share what he learned with anyone who would listen. He also enjoyed reading the Bible and his scientific eye proved the workings of God. As a child, his favorite place to go was his grandparents farm where they held impromptu bonfire picnics in the pasture. Grandma Audrey taught him, along with his siblings, to swim in the creek.
Memorials may be directed to the Epilepsy Foundation or the donor's choice.
