Stacy was born May 23, 1972 in LaSalle. She married John Aden March 29, 1999.
Stacy May was the happiest when she was taking care of her family as a wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to make large meals for the family to gather around. Her years of running a restaurant and bar paid off when she got to proudly pass down her mixology creations and secrets. She loved taking road trips with her husband, John, to find pawn shops and antique stores adding along to her glassware and cookie jar collections. Some of her favorite road trips lead her to beaches and warmer weather. On an afternoon where she wasn't working, you could probably find her just driving her car listening to the country radio station. She was a 1990 graduate of Tonica High School. She received her Associate Degree in Applied Science from Illinois Valley Community College. She was a member of LaMoille Lions Club.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend John of DePue; her two sons Jacob (Michelle) Aden of LaSalle and Jonathan (Samantha) Aden of Bloomington; her daughter Stephanie (Adam) Combites of Beaufort, SC.; brother C.J. Manahan of Magnolia; two sisters April (John) Yucus of Ladd and Amanda (Brian) Moisant of LaSalle; grandson Atticus Combites; her aunt Nancy Stasik; her dogs Pickles, Simon, Rosie, Minnie and Izzy; several nieces and nephews and many "adopted" children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother Donna.
