Sue M. Barrett, 45, of 4252 E. Seventh Road , Mendota died Aug. 7, 2010, in her home after a battle with cancer. There will be no services. Burial will be private. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday in Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota. She was born July 24, 1965, in Oak Park to Dennis and Loretta (Stensloff) Rogalski. She married Jeff Barrett on Sept. 25, 1998, in Jamaica. She was a graduate of Glenbard North High School and Northern Illinois University. She was a flight attendant with American Airlines for 25 years. She is survived by her husband, Jeff of Mendota; two daughters, Olivia and Amanda Barrett, both at home; her parents, Dennis and Loretta Rogalski of Glendale Heights; one brother John (Rose) Rogalski of West Chicago; two sisters, Lisa Rogalski of Hanover Park and Paula Rogalski of Glendale Heights; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. Memorials may be directed to Mendota Quarterback Club, Mendota Area Christian Food Pantry or Kick Cancer Krewe.
