Terry "Flip" Phillips, 72, of Mendota passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025.

Per his request, there will be no services.

Terry was born June 8, 1953 to George and Eileen (Wood) Phillips. He married Tanya Ann Wonders on June 30, 1977. Flip was a longtime Land Surveyor, working alongside his brother, Randy, and retiring from Survey Tech a Division of C.E.S., Inc.

Terry is survived by his three nephews, Ryan Coss, Josh Robeson, and Clay Coss; and one niece Natalie Robeson Busche.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Tanya Phillips, in 2016; sister, Sandy Coss in 2019 and a brother, Randy Phillips, in 2024.
