Tyler E. Buchanan, 37, died March 10, 2018 in Mendota.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date, and cremation rites have been accorded. Merritt Funeral Home in Mendota is handling the arrangements.

Tyler was born September 20, 1980 to Marvin and Brenda (Voegler) Buchanan in Mendota. He married Ashley Crook on May 13, 2011.

He is survived by his wife Ashley, son Abel, his parents Marvin (Connie) Buchanan and Brenda Politsch of Ohio, his sister Jennifer (Chad Price) of Aurora, OH, step sister Jamie Danley of Mendota, as well as grandparents, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family on behalf of his surviving children.
