Wanda K. Parker, 60, of Princeton, died November 28 in her residence. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, December 6, at 11;00a.m., at Open Prairie United Church of Christ, Princeton with Rev. Mary Gay McKinney officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements handled by Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota.
Wanda was born August 13, 1954 in Mendota, Il. to Edward and Wilma (Schmidt) Scott.
She worked as a certified nurses assistant at Heritage Health in Mendota, she was a caregiver, and worked for Renzenberger Rail Crew Express as a transportation engineer.
She is survived by her caregiver and niece Jody Scott of Princeton; 5 brothers John (Elizabeth) Scott of Gratiot, WI., Paul Scott, Michael (Kay) Scott, Richard Scott all of Mendota, Edward (Andrea) Scott of West Brooklyn; 2 sisters Susan Scott of Princeton and Amy Husband of Rockford; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents and one brother and one sister.
