Obituary
Wayne Albert Brauhn, 86, of Mendota, died June 22nd in OSF St. Paul Medical Center, Mendota.
There will be no services. Private interment will be at Van Orin Repose Cemetery. Merritt Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Wayne was born September 1, 1929 in Van Orin to John and Christina (Kessel) Brauhn. He married Leatrice Landwair on December 23, 1973 in Mendota.
Wayne was a retired farmer. He owned and operated A & J Wash and Shine in Mendota. He served in the United States Army from 1952-1954. He was a graduate of Amboy High School.
He has no immediate survivors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife in 2007, two sisters and a brother.
Memorials may be directed to the donors choice.
