Obituary
William F. Carver, 68, of Mendota died unexpectedly in his home on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at 11:00 a.m. at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota with Rev. Jeff Brace officiating. Burial will be in Greenfield Cemetery, LaMoille. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
Bill, or Buck as many knew him, was born on July 6, 1953, in Spring Valley to Everett H. and Naida Noy Carver. He grew up on the family farm in LaMoille and was one of five children: Gerald (Dorothy) Carver, James (Bert) Carver, Linda (Roger) Harvey, and Beverly Carver.
Bill was married to Melony S. Bothe in Rockton on June 25th, 1986. Bill and Melony have been residents of Mendota for 35 years. Bill was an avid arrowhead collector and loved to paint. He was a kind loving man who was happy living a simple life at home.
Bill is survived by Melony, his four children, Dana Carver, Ashleigh Carver, Garrett Carver, Brenna Carver, and his 8 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
